1. Cut out both shapes. Do not cut off the shaded tabs.
2. With printed side up, put glue or tape onto the shaded tab on the right. Affix point A to point B.
3. Put glue or tape on the left shaded tab and bring point C to D.
4. If this is too big, you might want to adjust the strap so that it will fit your head.
