The Print Shop

The Print Shop is where you go to print out your masterpieces!

Using the Print Shop:

When you're happy with your photo or Fun Project in The Fun Lab, click once on the green arrow to go to The Message Center. (Or, if you still want to change something, you can click on the red arrow to go back to the Fun Lab.)

In the Message Center, click once on the picture of the printer on the desk to go to the Print Shop.

In the Print Shop, you will see your project displayed at the top of the left side screen. It is called "Original Layout."

Below it is an area called "Alternatives." For some projects, the Print Shop automatically displays other projects that match your design. Sometimes there are no matching sets, so nothing appears in "Alternatives."

If you'd like to look at one of the alternatives, click once on the thumbnail image in the filmstrips.

Attention! If you've added props or painted on your project, the alternatives will not have them. You will have to change each one in the Fun Lab.

If you only want to print your original project, click once on "Original Layout."

If your project is only one page, make sure that "Current Page" is checked. If you're printing a Fun Project which has more than one page, click on "All Pages" checkmark.

To increase or decrease the number of printed copies, click the plus and minus buttons.

To change the size of the paper or to manually setup your printer, click the Advanced Setup button. You can also click File on the Menu Bar, then select Print Setup.

To Print:

PhotoFun prints what is displayed on the right side of the screen.

Click the Print checkmark. You will be asked to verify your paper type and source, then you will be returned to the Message Center.

Note: Printing to Kodak Ink Jet Photo Paper is recommended.
