Connection to the Orange network provides :

• One Second Billing - You only pay for the time you use.
  
  
• Orange Answer Phone - Easy to use and a fraction of the price of other mobile services charge.
  
  
• Caller Id - Displays your caller's number (whether the call comes from an Orange or BT phone), giving you the choice of taking the call or diverting it to your Answer Phone. Your own Orange phone number will likewise be sent on calls to BT or other Orange phones.
  
  
• Do Not Disturb - If you can't or simply don't want to answer your phone, you can divert all your calls to another number (maybe to your own Answer Phone or optionally Orange Assistant).
  
  
• Call Divert - Orange ensures that if your phone is switched off, or if you're busy or temporarily out of coverage, all calls are diverted to your Answer Phone. You can choose to override this whenever you like and divert calls to any other number. Diverted calls will be charged at standard rates, except those to Answer Phone which are NOT charged!
  
  
• Call Hold and Call Waiting - Orange allows you to place a call on hold and to answer a second one, so you need never miss an important call.
  
  
• Call Barring - Orange helps you control your costs by barring international and premium rate calls. If you want access to these numbers a range of barring options ensures that you stay in control.

Enhance your capabilities with the Orange optional features:

• Local Number - You can chose from a range of local STD codes so that you appear to have a 'normal' number. In addition people calling you only pay the equivalent of a standard fixed line call.
  
  
• Orange Messaging - You can send text messages from a Nokia Orange phone to any other phone supporting the Short Message Service.
