IP Performance Metrics/Realtime Traffic Flow Measurement

                 IPPM/RTFM Joint Session

RTFM provides an architecture for measuring traffic flows, and the
RTFM WG is working on extending the architecture.  This session provides 
an opportunity for the two groups to discuss common objectives.  Topics
covered will include:

 - Introduction: what are the two groups doing?
 - RTFM presentation:
    * What are the new things RTFM is doing?
    * How do we answer the IPPM questions of 'what is Normative 
        Performance of a network, bit rates, apparent response
        times and delays seen by a client or server?'
    * The role of RTFM as a full-fledged meter at a server, and/or
        as a lean-version meter at or in a client.
