Changes in Tournament 1.02

Changes.
------

1. Can now use "Del" key to delete player from player list (confirm
    box is shown).

2. New View/Options menu item! Just one option in here as yet - you
    can specify a prefix that will be used in place of "Rm." for
    newly-assigned games. This prefix will be remembered and used
    for all new tournaments by default.
    Does not affect labels for existing games.

3. Editing game titles manually is now click-then-type, and a border
    has been added to the box for improved visibility.
