Double-Deck Pinochle 3.6

To register Pinochle 3.6, follow the instructions under "Help | Register |
Register Now" inside the program.  That will allow you to register with the
Kagi registration service for maximum speed, and allows use of credit cards.

However, if you prefer, you instead register by completing the following
information.  Note that this will take longer than using the Kagi service.
