ISSUE

The files in WINNCS.EXE, should allow you to use any Windows communications
application which uses the standard Windows API calls, whether NASI compatible
or not.

- The "NASI Redirector" stays active at all times when Windows is active
(unless you turn it off).  It traps all calls to the COM port, and redirects
them to a NetWare Connect port. 

You can define up to 8 NASI Redirected ports within one Widows session.

- With the NASI redirector, you do not have load NASI before running Windows. 

- The Redirector loads and calls NASI.DLL from within Windows and unloads it
again when no longer needed.


To install the Redirector (WIN2NCS, Novell's Windows/NASI redirector for
Netware Connect 1.0):

1. Create a directory (C:\TEMP).
2. Copy WINNCS.EXE into C:\TEMP.
3. Unzip WINNCS.EXE.  
4. Start Windows.
5. Use File Manager to go to C:\TEMP.
6. Run SETUP.EXE from C:\TEMP.  
For further details, regarding the Redirector, bring up on-line Help after
installing it.
  

NOTES:
1. WIN2NCS will only work with Netware Connect 1.0.  

2. It has been tested with MS-Windows 3.1, other versions of Windows have not
been tested.
