PS2HTML
A DOS program intended to convert output files produced by Windows 3.1 PostScript printer drivers to HTML format. Developed at Florence Research Area and Electromagnetic Research Institute of National Research Council in Florence by Alessandro Agostini and Stefano Cerreti.
Tile
A software program to create Internet accessible World Wide Web documents from Lotus Notes databases. A commercial product from Walter Shelby Group Ltd (tile@shelby.com). The link only provides information about the product.
WebWatch
WebWatch will check the URLs in a document to see if they have changed. It produces an HTML report on the status of any URLs that have changed or are not reachable. Shareware. From Specter Inc. (janos@specter.com).

Perl and HTML Perl Utilities

Perl, the Practical Extraction and Report Language, is great for doing string manuipulations, and many useful utilities for HTML have been written in it. Perl originated on Unix. Although Perl is available for DOS now, it is a little tricky to run it. If you are a novice, we recommend that you find an experienced user (preferably someone with programming experience) to help you setup Perl and the tools written in Perl.

PERL 4.036
This is a DOS version of Perl. Here is some documentation that may be of help: an on-line Perl manual and set of Perl resources from Nexor. Perl is also available from other locations.
