20/20 VISION THE BEAUTY OF CLAY BUT CHEAPER THAN CONCRETE

A triumph of innovation and production expertise, the revolutionary 20/20 interlocking plain tile brings a whole new dimension to roofing, combining the natural durability and aesthetic qualities of clay with affordability usually only associated with concrete.

The biggest advantage of the 20/20 over traditional clay plain tiles is that only 20 tiles are required per square metre instead of 60. As a result the overall weight is reduced by 50 per cent, there are savings on labour costs and faster completions.

The actual cost of the finished roof can fall by more than 20 per cent and, for the first time, clay is cheaper than concrete.

The 20/20, which can be laid at pitches as low as 22.5, is available in a range of distinctive colours, Natural Red, Flanders and Tuscan, plus two slate variants, Antique and Balmoral.

When used in Antique, the 20/20 is a cost-effective alternative to double lapped slates, while the Balmoral replicates slate with a riven appearance.
