The Kompact system incorporates solid beech wood treads, vertical steel spindles and a solid timber handrail. The treads are supported by an interlocking steel spine and the treads are avaliable in widths of 740mm and 890mm.

The going and rise is adjusable on site so the there are 152 different configurations to choose from. The standard kit will rise to 3000mm with 12 treads (13 risers) and includes balustrade down one side of the stair.
