Central Extract Ventilation by ADM
Company: ADM

Spoiled air is simultaneously extracted from the 'wet rooms' through a central extract fan. Ducting connects the fan to the extract terminals in each room. Replacement fresh air is introduced into the other rooms via trickle ventilators and permeates throughout the home.

This creates a clean and fresh environment within the building as the pressure difference ensures the supply air is drawn towards the rooms where the air is being extracted.

Quietly efficient, there are three speeds, low, medium and high to enable effective removal of unpleasant smells and moisture from the 'wet rooms'.

Simple to install in both new and refurbished buildings there are units suitable for small flats to large houses. Having only one external terminal, one electrical connection and discreet ceiling mounted internal grilles means that its overall appearance is far more pleasing than unsightly individual extractor fans.

To avoid the disruption of sleeping patterns, the system operates at a whisper to dramatically reduce the noise associated with bathroom fans.

Everyday benefits:

          Simple to install

          Quiet

          One external terminal

          One electrical connection
