Our house type brochure contains 77 standard designs all of which are extremely flexible design wise. In tandem with this we now hold over 500 variations within our design database,  so now in most cases we are able to pair a clients plot size with a design and layout to suit their specific needs at the touch of a button.

The Heritage range utilises a traditional and fully structural aisle frame construction method in which the posts and beams remain exposed throughout the house giving a totally authentic period ambience and allowing complete flexibility with regard to room layouts, locations and sizes. with over 20 designs in this range alone there is a starting point for everyone.
