Our comprehensive architectural design service includes the completion and submission of planning & building regulations applications, the progress of which we monitor on your behalf. Our supply & erection package provides all 2nd fix materials (excl. kitchen & bathroom fixtures/fittings), all our windows arrive glazed and we have a huge range of window and door designs for you to choose from. Last but definitely not least, we will make frequent on-site supervisory visits during the erection of your frame so that quality and service can be constantly monitored.
The 20 house designs illustrated in our brochure range from bungalows to family homes and leisure buildings. They are there primarily to give you an indication of how flexible the design package we offer can be. In addition, we are also proud to offer an unrivalled service in helping clients create their own one-off bespoke designs.
