Fully integrated Service
 

We pride ourselves on our service and because the process of self-build is quite complex, we prefer to work with you to discover what your individual needs are. 

There are three parts to the Design & Materials fully integrated service.

Phase 1
Covers from your initial enquiry and is the feasibility and design stages. Here we take you through everything from understanding your requirements and preparing a design brief to discussing your budget, appraisal of planning prospects, through to creating your bespoke design.

We then prepare a materials specification and service package cost, to achieve the look and quality that youre looking for. In addition, we also examine build cost routes and options with projected build costs. 

Phase 2

We submit your design for planning and process the planning application through to approval. Monitoring the planning process and negotiating where applicable through to planning approval.

Phase 3
Covers from preparing your building regulations plans and submitting the  application for approval. We then prepare tender documents for builders or project managers to quote to build your home or you may wish to self- manage.

After you have made your selection for the build route be it a builder, project manager, or self managed and have agreed a start date, we then liaise and prepare a schedule for the delivery of materials leaving all the ordering, progress chasing and scheduling to us. On going liaison with your builder or project manager during the build through to physical completion of you house.
