Systematic implementation of a sales promotion information environment on an experimental basis for examining the next-generation sales method using multimedia in each business.
- Sales tools (catalogs, price lists, parts list, VTR etc.) for use will be distributed over a network. Orders from customers and images of products which are the subject of a complaint will also be transmitted to a central location in multimedia format.
- A center to create and manage sales promotion materials will be established, where a video server and photograph data server will centrally be managed and data will be created for distribution.
- Arranges an interactive learning environment for obtaining sales know-how and an interactive information environment for supporting presentation to customers.
- Arranges of a service environment which enables interactive video conferences for managing sales promotion information and sales contracts.
