Study secure data transmission This group will study encryption technology for allowing information to be exchanged safely over the Internet from both technological and legal standpoints. Results of this investigation will be reflected in the virtual shopping mall, experiments will be conducted concerning electronic identification of individuals and electronic settling of accounts, and data will be collected regarding the suitability of products and electronic settlement of accounts.
Study usefulness as a sales channel This group will study the viability of electronic commerce including issues such as the usefulness of the Internet for separate products, the relationship between product genre and user image as seen from actual access data, and tools for collecting marketing data from access data.
Study WWW configuration This group will be involved in configuring a space on the WWW server to attract people by studying other Internet home pages, studying effective ways of providing recruit information, and researching effective network navigation systems.
