• Haven't you ever thought like this? Now's your chance to put your thoughts into concrete form! We are looking for free-wheeling notions about the kind of Kyoto Prefecture should be in the year 2050. The ideas can cover such topics as nature, industry, life-style, facilities and/or others.

• Entries are limited to original works created specifically for this event.

(1) Individual submissions
Each work must meet the specifications outlined below and must be afixed with a title, a brief description of the subject, the individual's name, address, telephone and fax number(s).
(2) Group submissions by a school No more than 10 entries may be submitted. Each work must meet the specifications outlined below and must be afixed with a title, a brief description of the subject, the individual's name, address, telephone and fax number(s).

• Dec. 31, 1996

• The work should be no larger than a B5 sheet of paper (approx. 182 X 257 cm.) A photographic reproduction (print or color slide) of the piece is also acceptable.

• English manuscripts are limited to about 4 double-spaced handwritten or typed A4 pages (Japanese ones to 800 characters.)
