Theme
"New Millennium"
The word "Millennium" refers to a 1000-year period of time. In this project, we would like to focus on the significance of the changes at the turning point taking place in 5 years, when we will enter the third millennium or the year 2001.
As we enter this symbolic transitional era, information thechnology is changing industry, politics, diplomacy, economics, and even the structures of culture and art. It is our hope that fresh entry works of art will be proposed in this competition to open new horizons to a new world vision, new values, new expressions, new communication, and new forms of art through creative uses of the net.
