• Send us a complete application form in text format only with the information below. (All text must be either in S-JIS or EUC format.) Application form must be filled out completely to be registered. If you can send the information in both Japanese and English, it would be greatly appreciated.
  
  
• We can accept digital photograph text JPEG, BMP, PICT, GIF, and TIFF only.Snapshots that have been trimmed as well as good or bad photos are all acceptable. If there is too much data, we may alter the format.
