Seal-Jet is a turnkey plant with a complete product unit in the form of a computer-controlled CNC machine with special software and the latest in materials for modern seal manufacture. Using the revolutionary Ecopur material, faultless seals are now shaped on lathes operating at maximum speed. 90 pre-programmed standard profiles can be scaled up or down as required, eliminating the need to keep seals in stock for months on end.

The Water-Jet system is the most recent development by the internationally represented Economos group. In 1988, the company, listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, introduced the revolutionary Seal-Jet system, which changed the face of the market. Whereas in the past seals could only be economically produced in volume, the Seal-Jet system allows production of individual examples in just a few minutes or runs up to 100,000. Also our commitment to quality has led Economos to work in conjunction with the Leoben University of mining to produce totally new materials to further enhance seal technology. Since the launch, over 350 Seal-Jet systems have been sold to customers in America through Europe to Japan and Australia.
