INFOS: ID card is laminated. Minor's card has red photo
backdrop, "UNDER 21" and "ILLINOIS" printed vertically in red on the sides
and a horizontal line in red on the top and bottom. Identification only
cards have "ID CARD" printed in white letters in blue box above photo. Also
could have "CDL" printed in blue letters in white box above photo.
Licenses and IDs issued prior to 4/1/90 had the photo area on the
right side. License and ID card may appear with "JIM EDGAR" as Secretary
of State.
