Multi PC License Agreement
GST Technology Ltd. & greenstreet
This license can be used to extend the license agreement on the original greenstreet CD from which this was printed. It is only valid when signed and stamped by GST Technology. To obtain a valid license simply fill in the underlined areas on the form on the next page (product name, company, maximum number of PCs, date, license fee etc.). Return the form to GST Technology at the address at the top of the contract with a check or credit card details to cover the appropriate fee. You need a separate license agreement for each separate type of product.
If you have more PCs than the list below please email us at license@gstsoft.com with details of you requirements and we will email you a price indication.
There are reductions available for non-profit establishments; please email details of your organization to NonProfit@gstsoft.com and we will give you details.
Prices are all in US dollars. Prices represent a one time fee per PC for licenses. To calculate the fee payable select the appropriate figure from the table below, multiply by the number of PCs on the network or in the organization. If you are uncertain please email us at license@gstsoft.com.

Whereas
The licensee has purchased one copy of the greenstreet product ____________________________ and wishes to acquire multiple licences to allow the use of this product on more than one PC (computer work station) and in return for a payment of $___________ GST is willing to licence the use of the product on multiple PCs
then it is hereby agreed as follows
| 1 | All worldwide copyright in and to the Software, Product and Content are and remain owned solely by GST, its successors assignees and/or licensors. |
| 2 | The Software, Fonts or Clipart must not be installed or used on more than ___ PCs .at any one time. The CD may be installed on a networked CD-rom drive provided that the number of PCs attached to the network does not exceed the number pf PCs above. |
| 3 | The Licensee should use the original purchased greenstreet CD for backup |
| 4 | The Software and any documentation supplied in the Product shall not be adapted, modified, decompiled or disassembled in any way or translated into any other computer or foreign language either in whole or in part or be reproduced in any way whatsoever. |
| 5 | Any clipart or fonts supplied with this product are royalty free for normal print use and web use where appropriate. However, clipart and fonts may not be transferred electronically except as part of a compound document and may not be resold or transferred electronically in any way. Images may not be used for any form of sponsorship or commercial exploitation where the image is the primary value without further permission from GST. |
| 6 | The Software or any part of the Product shall not be let out on loan, rent or lease or supplied to any third party in any way. |
| 7 | The Licensee is responsible for, and must use his best efforts to ensure that no other person breaks the terms and conditions of this agreement. |
| 8 | This license is not transferrable. |
| 9 | LIMITED WARRANTY GST warrants that the Software in the package will substantially carry out the functions described in the Help but does not warrant that it is free of errors or bugs. No further warranty is given. In no event shall GST's maximum liability, under any circumstances whether based on action or claims in contract or in tort (including without limitation negligence and strict liability) exceed the purchase price of the Software. |
| 10 | DISCLAIMER AND REMEDIES This Software has been designed for a wide variety of functions and users. GST is not in a position to predetermine what you will try to do with it. Therefore, the sole liability of GST in respect of the Software is as set out in Paragraph 9. GST DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, THE PRODUCTS AND ALL ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS. THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED AS IS AND IN NO EVENT SHALL GST OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR OTHER DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY OR OTHER LOSS DAMAGE OR HARM, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE AND/OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF GST HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages or the excluding or limiting implied warranties. As a result, the above limitations and/or exclusions may not apply to you. Furthermore, some jurisdictions have statutory customer provisions which may supersede this section of the License Agreement. |
| 11 | This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, USA |
| 12 | U.S. Government Restricted Rights. The Product is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in sub-paragraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or sub-paragraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is GST Technology Ltd. |
