Description:

Soundtrack Producer is a freeware program that allows audio (WAV) 
files to be overdubbed onto a video clip (AVI file). Features include 
audio in/out points, video and audio preview, intuitive drag and 
drop interface, full support for all installed CODECS and 
comprehensive online help.

System Requirements:
This program requires a 32-bit Windows operating system (i.e. Windows 
95/98/NT).

Installation:
Unzip all the files to a directory and run setup.exe
