Console provides all the controls and displays described above plus a lot of extra stuffs, including equalizer, effectors, playlist panel and lyric panel. Console window is also resizable so that you can resize the window if the playlist and lyric don't fit on the screen. The Console can be accessed from the "system popup menu."

Main Window - displays all the controls and display objects of the main player window.

Effector Window - replaces EQ windows of the previous version. Details on EQ are explained below.

Playlist Window - The current playlist is displayed and can be managed as well. Try right clicking on the playlist.

Lyrics Window - displays the lyrics of the current song. Synchronized lyrics are now supported as seen in above screenshot. Once the lyrics are synchronized, you can jump to any part of the song by simply clicking on the part of lyrics you want to jump to.

Equalizer is used to increase/decrease the sensitivity on certain ranges of frequencies.

  • Sliders : EQ consists of 16 sliders (Far left slider represents approximately 40HZ, and far right slider represents approximately 12000HZ). Click on any sliders and move your mouse to control the sliders.
  • PreAmp : You can adjust the pre-amp by right clicking on the EQ sliders and dragging up and down. Moving down the pre-amp line increases the overall volume, and moving up the pre-amp line decreases the overall volume.
  • Power Switch (EQ ON / EQ OFF): This button activates/deactivates the EQ function.
  • Reset : This button resets the EQ sliders to default values.
  • Presets : There are 4 presets (A,B,C,D) where you can store EQ settings. Select any of 4 presets, set the EQ values, and the setting is automatically saved on that slot.

Currently 4 sound effectors are available. Try them out see what they do.

Using Windows Explorer, you can drag & drop files onto the Player and Music Manager. While drag & dropping onto Music Manager appends the selection to the playlist, drag & dropping onto Player replaces the current playlist with the new selection. Pressing "Shift" button while drag & dropping onto player also appends the selection to the playlist. You can also double click on a file (mp3, playlist...) to play once you configured to do so in configuration section.
