Use the Properties command to view information about a selected media file or to edit song information in the music library. For songs in the Media Library tab, this dialog includes a General tab and a Library Info tab. For media files in the Explore Files tab, or CD tracks in the Play/Rip CD tab, this dialog contains only a General tab.

To view media file information

1. Select the media file, song, or video clip.

2. From the File menu, choose Properties (or right-click and choose Properties). The Properties dialog appears.
