Importing and Exporting Playlists

SIREN allows you to import and export playlists to a file.

What do you want to do?

Import a playlist

  1. From the Options menu, choose Search Computer for Media. The Search Computer dialog appears.

  2. Select the Known Playlists check box and click on the Search button. SIREN searches the computer for previously created playlists (.m3u or .pls) and adds them to the Media Library.

Export a playlist

  1. Click on the Media Library tab.

  2. Select a playlist to export.

  3. Right-click and choose Export Playlist from the menu. The Export Playlist dialog is displayed.

  4. Specify a location and name for the .m3u file and click on the Save button.
