Installing HyCD Play&Record

From Web Site:
 1- Download HyCD Play&Record from www.HyCD.com
 2- Save to your Hard Drive
 3- The file will be downloaded as a Zip file.  Use Winzip to unzip the file.
 4- Go to directory where unzipped files are saved and double-click on Setup.exe.
 5- Go through the installation prompts to install the program.

From CD-ROM:
 1- Put Installation CD into your CD-ROM reader. 
 2- If you have auto-insert on, the install wizard should automatically appear within a few
     seconds.
 3- Choose to install HyCD Play&Record.
 4- Go through the installation prompts to install the program.

Free for Personal Use.

Most CD readers, although rated faster than 6X for data reading, can onlly extract audio at 6X reliably.  Because of this, we set the audio extraction speed to 6X by default.  If this is still too fast, the speed will be reduced automatically until the correct setting is reached.  The only readers that can extract audio at a higher speed reliably are made by Plextor.  If you use one of these readers the software will extract the audio at a higher speed.
