The shift to the 32-bit Windows platform in medium and large organizations is
occurring much faster than it took organizations to move to the 16-bit Windows
environment. The majority of medium and large organizations began evaluating or
deploying Windows 95 and Windows NT Workstation by the end of 1995, and are enjoying
the benefits of a new generation of applications, with lower support costs and more
productive users - across all their desktops.
