CPU : Pentium (R) 166kHz or greater MMX(TM) Technology Pentium(R) Processor is recommended S-VA is required Pentium(R)II Processor 233Mhz or greater System Memory : 16MB or over Operating System : Windows 95(R)/Windows98(R) Sound Function : 16bit Stereo Sound Codec DirectX driver : DirectX 5.0 or later 1 Insert the disk into the computer's disk drive. 2 Double-click on the YAMAHA folder to open it, then double-click the "Setup.exe" file in the S-YXG100 folder. 3 Restart your computer when the installation is complete. When the S-YXG100 is installed the following commands will be added to the "system.ini" file. [Driver] section midixx =sxgma.drv wavexx =sxgma.drv mixerxx=sxgma.drv ("xx" is the number appended to the WAVE and MIDI drivers prior to installation) ********* Remarks!!! ********************************************** Please run the uninstall program to remove the folder completely. Do not remove the S-YXG100 folder. ******************************************************************** Use the following procedure if you wish to delete the S-YXG100 from your hard disk. 1. Click the [Start] button, and go to [Programs (P)] >> [Yamaha SoftSynthesizer S-YXG50] and select [uninstall S-YXG100]. 2. After the program starts, follow the directions given on-screen. 3. When your computer is re-started, S-YXG100 and its related files will be deleted from your hard disk, and you will be able to install new drivers. When the Uninstall Program does not work , delete the files shown below. --> Delete or alter the specified files on the hard disk as described below: 1. Quit Windows and go to the MS-DOS mode. 2. Go to the C:\windows\system directory. 3. Delete the following files: ・ sxgma.drv ・ sxgma32.dll   ・ sxgmasys.dll ・ sxgmacpl.cpl ・ sxgmx.dll ・ sxgmx32.dll ・ sxgapi.dll ・ sxgapi32.dll ・ sxgxg.dll ・ sxgxgknl.vxd ・ sxgtkbar.exe ・ sxgvl.dll ・ sxgvlknl.vxd ・ sxgvlcpl.dll ・ sxgsg.dll ・ sxgsgknl.vxd ・ sxgsgcpl.dll 4. Edit the contents of the System.ini file. 5. Delete the "midixx=sxgma.drv","wavexx=sxgma.drv" and "mixerxx=sxgma.drv" lines in the [Driver] section ("xx" is the number appended to the WAVE and MIDI drivers prior to installation).
