All Rights Reserved. ========================================================================== SUMMARY This post-release fix is for the following products/versions: o F-Secure Anti-Virus for Windows Servers 9.00 o F-Secure Anti-Virus for Citrix Servers 9.00 This post-release fix includes the following fix: o Settings cannot be changed through WebUI in centralized admin mode TECHNICAL DETAILS When F-Secure Anti-Virus for Windows Servers 9.00 is installed in centralized administration mode, product settings are configured from F-Secure Policy Manager Console and cannot be modified through the Web Console. This hotfix enables changing settings through the Web Console as well. To restrict making changes or override settings modified through the Web Console, the administrator can use the Final flag in the Policy Manager Console. The settings with the set Final flag will be disabled and displayed with the lock sign in the WebUI. Note that if you have F-Secure Anti-Virus for Windows Servers 9.00 installed together with F-Secure Anti-Virus for Microsoft Exchange 9.00 on the same server, it is recommended to upgrade F-Secure Anti-Virus for Microsoft Exchange to version 9.10. HOW TO APPLY THE POSTFIX REMOTELY USING POLICY BASED INSTALLATION o Unpack all files from the package into a temporary folder on the local machine with F-Secure Policy Manager Console installed. o Open F-Secure Policy Manager Console and import "fsavsrv900_HF07.jar" installation package. o Apply the hotfix package to the target domain/host using Policy-based installations table in the console and distribute policy. -- end of file --
