Origin is at PKB.
PKB is a point marked by a red survey nail close to the end of the walkway
from GRC to Marcus. It is a few feet before the stairs going down (near
Marcus).
PKA is another survey point close to GRC in the middle of the walkway.
X-dir (Horizontal line from PKB to PKA, approximately parrallel to the
walkway)
Y-dir (Horizontal line, perpendicular to X and Z axes; right coordinate
system)
Z-dir (Gravity, vertical up)
