Synchronize with Microsoft Exchange

You can set up your device to synchronize with Microsoft Exchange over a wireless network or through a cable, cradle, infrared, or Bluetooth connection to a PC.

Please obtain the following information: Server name, user name, password, and domain.

  1. Connect your device to your PC.
  2. When the device is not synchronizing, click Tools, then click Configure Server Source.
  3. In Server address, enter the name of the server running Microsoft Exchange.
  4. Under Logon credentials, enter your name, password, and domain.
  5. Select Save password so that you will not have to enter it every time a scheduled synchronization occurs.
  6. Set your preferred conflict resolution.
Notes
Synchronizing directly with Microsoft Exchange is supported only on Windows Powered Pocket PC 2002 or later and Windows Powered Smartphone 2002 or later.
You can easily whether an information type is synchronized with your PC or with Microsoft Exchange by clicking Tools, then clicking Options.
