Saucijsbrood (Beef Roll)

Things to prepare:


1 Box Pepperidge Farm Pastry Sheet

Filling:

Approximately 2 Lbs ground beef
4 slices white bread dipped in milk
2 or 3 eggs
Fried Shallots
Salt, Sugar and Nutmeg
Egg yolk � Beat well

Instructions:

1) Cut the pastry sheet to rectangle shape
2) Mix the filling and stir well
3) Fill in the pastry sheet with 1 � 2 spoon of filling. Seal and press the width side of pastry with fork. Brush with egg yolk.
4) Bake in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown
5) Ready to serve
