Pancetta with Wild Mushroom, Spinach and Garlic Cream Sauce

Pancetta---cut into medium cubes

Mushroom----cut any sizes

Spinach---julienne

1. Cook your pasta until tender

2. Heat up the pan, add a little olive oil then add pancetta. Cook till golden brown and add garlic. Cook for one min and add mushroom. Saute until soft.....add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Add cream to cook the spinach.

If you like spicy taste, add chili.
