Things to prepare:

1 lb. Ground Beef
2 Cups Onion, finely chopped
 Cup Carrots, finely chopped
 Cup Green Peppers, finely chopped
1 Cube chicken bouillon
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Sugar
4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
Water
4 - 6 Teaspoons Curry Powder
7 - 8 Tablespoons Ketchup

6 Cups Hot Cooked Rice (preferably Japanese Rice)

Instructions:

1) In a large skillet (a wok would be great) cook the onion with butter (Med Heat) until it turns clear. Add Salt and Pepper.
2) Add Ground Beef to No. 1 and cook until meat turns brown.
3) Add Carrots and Green Pepper to No. 2 and cook/mix for 3 min. Then, add Water until ingredients are covered and also add Chicken Bouillon cube.
4) Boil, and then simmer for 10 - 15 min. Discard any excess oil. Then, add Curry Powder, Ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce and Sugar to the mix. Cook until the water is almost gone and the texture is getting thick.
5) Taste and see if you like the amount of spice. If it is not spicy enough, add more curry powder. If it is too spicy, add some sugar and ketchup.
6) Serve over hot rice.

This recipe makes 4 servings.
