Filipino Cassava Cake

Things to prepare:


Part I:

2 bags of grated cassava (frozen)
1 cup evaporated milk (Carnation brand)
2 cups of sugar
3 cups of coconut milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter

1) Use a Lasagna size baking pan
2) Mix all above and bake for 45 to 60 min
3) Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Part II:
Topping: mix the following:

1 can condensed milk
1 cup coconut milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp flour

Instructions:

1) After part I is baked, pour part II on top and bake for another 30 to 45 minutes till surface is brown
2) Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
3) Cool it before cutting or serving
