Crab Dip

Things to prepare:


1 Jar (8 Fl oz) Mayonnaise
� 16 oz Package sliced crab meat / imitation crab
6 stalks Celery
1 or 2 stalks of green onion
A little of parsley
Sprinkle of red chili pepper (optional)

Instructions:

1) In a food processor, finely chop the crab meat and pour into a bowl
2) Finely chop the celery, green onion and parsley and pour into the same bowl
3) Pour and mix all the remaining ingredients in the same bowl
4) Ready to serve

Suggestion:

1) Serve with crackers, chips, toasted bread or as a sandwich. Enjoy.
2) Serve cold.
