Beef Steak (Tagalog)

Things to prepare:


2 LBS BEEF SIRLOIN THINLY SLICED
� CUP SOY SAUCE
� CUP LEMON JUICE
� TEASPOON GROUND PEPPER
� TEASPOON BROWN SUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
1 HEAD ONION SLICED IN RINGS

Instructions:

1) COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL, MIX WELL. COVER, MARINATE AND REFRIGERATE FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 � HOURS.
2) IN A SKILLET, POUR OLIVE OIL AND COOK UNTIL HEATED.
3) FRY THE MARINATED BEEF LIGHTLY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
4) SET ASIDE. POUR THE REMAINING MARINADE INTO THE SKILLET AND ADD HALF OF THE FRESH ONION RINGS UNTIL SLIGHTLY COOKED.
5) SMOTHER ON TOP OF THE BEEF
6) GARNISH BEEF WITH THE REMAINING SLICED ONIONS BEFORE SERVING.

SERVE WITH STEAMED RICE. TOTAL SERVINGS: 4
