This time I would like to introduce to members a small but very busy Japanese restaurant in Chaham Road, TST.  Warning: I have tried at least 4 times to get a table there within a month, but each time I have to wait for at least 15 minutes.  If you are in a hurry, you better go there 15 minutes earlier.  The famous bowl there is  the "Hell Ramen" -  very spicy noodles in soup with various meats at your choice from HK$36 to HK$48.  To challenge your stomach, you should order No.21, "Bloody Hell" from the menu.

Also, they have many side dishes i.e. chicken wings (HK$18), dried Kai Po Yu fish (HK$38), sweet corn salad (HK$20), BBQ chicken stick (HK$22), Dumpling (HK$25), Fried Pork Chop (HK$30) and many others.

Don't forget to ask for extra glass of water.
