Day Three

The role of being a tour guide in London is not as easy as I thought.  Everything has to to be well planned at breakfast time before we set out to our next destination.  Ali-Wani is a lazy bone (but not yet a LMF) who hates to use her brain too often in making decisions, she rather concentrates on Stocks investment.  So, the brainy Joni has been using her brain a lot in order to win a medal .

Today's itinerary: National Gallery, shopping for souvenirs, lunch (at Gallery - Italian food again!)  I think we should go to Italy in our next trip since we are so crazy about the Italian cuisine.

After Lunch and enough viewing of the antique paintings from 14th to 19th centuries (where the hell is my Dali and other contemporary painters?), we decided to do shopping again.

Today we shopped along Piccadilly/Regents/Oxford Streets, boring but where else can we go?  Havey Nicholas and Harrods, no way, let the Japanese go there!

I discovered one thing about the fashion there: Big V-neck is very very popular and most British women have bigger lungs than Asians.  Never believe the size marked on the label.  If you wear a size 10 in Hong Kong, get a size 12 or even 14 or you will have to start a diet very soon.

Dinner : We had the worse steak in our life at a bar restaurant near our hotel.  The steak turned out to be as tough as Bruce Lee's muscles.  That poor cow must be a frequent "gymer" (save your time on checking the dictionary, I invented this word!). Well, even such a lousy meal cost us 30 pounds, glad that we were just tourist for a short stay!
