Channel 8 Software Releases iOrganizer 2 - Organizational software for
Macintosh and Mac OS X.

October 31, 2001: Channel 8 Software today released the latest version of
its easy-to-use organizational application for the Macintosh and Mac OS X,
iOrganizer 2. iOrganizer includes an address book, a bookmark list, an
event calendar, and a download list. It can import contacts, bookmarks,
events, and download addresses from a variety of formats; search, sort,
save, and print lists; quickly and easily send e-mail to contacts; open
your favorite websites in your web browser; remind you of important events;
and download files from FTP or HTTP servers.

iOrganizer 2 has a simpler, streamlined interface that makes it even easier
for users to add and edit contacts, web addresses, and appointments. Other
new features have been added as well; users can now print envelopes
addressed to contacts, and look at calendar thumbnails and view events for
only one date. File downloads now transfer considerably faster, especially
for broadband users.

iOrganizer 2 is now PPC native and Mac OS X (carbon) compatible. iOrganizer
2 is available now from Channel 8 Software. Customers can purchase a
personal license for iOrganizer for US$25.00 or a business license for
US$160.00. Registered users of iOrganizer 1.x can upgrade for US$12.00.
