Remove Accounts and Export Settings

Remove existing e-mail accounts or export settings to a PRF file.

The option to remove accounts is available only when you select Modify Profile on the Outlook profile page of the OCT. Under Remove the following accounts if they exist, select Lotus cc:Mail or Microsoft Mail to remove these accounts from usersΓÇÖ computers when Outlook first starts.

Click the Export Profile Settings button to save the Outlook profile settings you have defined in a PRF file.

An efficient way to create an Outlook PRF file is to use the OCT to make your selections and then export them to a PRF file ΓÇô even if you are not using a Setup customization file when you deploy Office. You can edit the PRF file to make additional customizations not exposed in the OCT. For example, you can add an e-mail provider not listed in the OCT.
