Objective
The objective of Playground is to maneuver your
playground girls to the other side of the board before your computer opponent.
You do this by shifting columns of balls either up or down.
Game
Play
At the beginning of the game, the computer will randomly decide
who will take the first turn. The computer
will always play the pink girls while you will play the blue.
When it is your turn to move, special arrows along the top
and bottom of the board will signify the valid columns you can push. A column
is only valid when one of your girls is located in that column. Clicking on the arrow icons (either up or down)
will shift that column of balls in that direction. Once the balls have shifted, the girls will
advance forward if they are not blocked. If
a girl is located at the top of the column or balls and that column is pushed
up, then she will appear at the bottom
of the column after the balls have shifted. The opposite is true if the she is at the bottom of the column and
the push is down, then she will reappear at the top of the column.
When a girl reaches the other side of the playground, she will
randomly reappear back at the starting column and one point will be added
to the score box.
Players continue to take turns shifting the columns, until
one player can get 6 of their girls to the other side of the playground.
