commonly available, (it is probably already on your system), 
that it has not been included with this distribution.  If you
need this file try the forum from which you downloaded this game, 
or go to the MSBASIC forum on CompuServe.  If you still cannot find it,

Installation
____________

1) Create a new directory 
2) Extract the Nim111.zip file into this directory
3) Create a subdirectory called MARBLES
4) Move all of the MARBLExx.BMP files into this subdirectory
5) Run the file called SETUP.EXE to create a program group and icons

Troubleshooting
_____________

1) "File Not Found" Error at startup -

Make sure that all of the files listed above are present and in the 
correct directories. 

2) Marble images don't look good. - 

NimSim requires a minimum 256-color video resolution.
