Your video card may require a different version of the Dva.386 file.

To resolve this issue, type a semicolon (;) in front of the following line in the System.ini file, and then restart Windows:

device=dva.386

You may also be able to resolve this issue by obtaining an updated video driver will also resolve this problem. Contact your hardware manufacturer to inquire if an updated video driver is available for your display adapter.

NOTE: Unless you obtain an updated video driver from your hardware manufacturer, this issue will occur again when you reinstall the program.
