Microsoft Reference Display Troubleshooter

You may have a missing or invalid avivideo= entry in the [mci] section of the System.ini file.

Make sure an [mci] section exists in the System.ini file. Then, make sure this section contains the following entry:

avivideo=mciavi.drv

If the above entry does not exist or is incorrect, make the necessary changes using a text editor such as Microsoft WordPad.
