Do you have enough random access memory (RAM) and available hard disk space for the Setup program to run?

Make sure you have enough RAM as well as enough available hard disk space for the Setup program to run.

• Adding additional RAM or increasing the amount of available hard disk space solved the problem.
• That did not work. I have sufficient RAM and available hard disk space, but my screen still goes blank when the Setup program starts.
