'The Great War' will run using the VGA (Version 3.0) that comes with MS Windows. At this time neither Microsoft nor Diamond will admit that anything is wrong and both say it is the job of the other to correct this non-problem. As 'The Great War' was developed using only standard Windows GDI calls this developer can do no more.
