INSTALLATION
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
To install, execute CDTRAY.EXE from Windows.  CD Tray will then install 
itself onto your hard disk in the directory you specify.


IF YOU HAVE A PREVIOUS VERSION OF CD TRAY ON YOUR SYSTEM
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
You may safely install CD Tray, version 3.0 into the same directory as your 
previous version.  The version 3.0 Disc Library record format has changed
and you will need to convert your library files to the new format using the
supplied utility, CONVCD.EXE.  You may run CONVCD prior to running CD Tray,
version 3.0 if you wish.  If not, CD Tray will detect that your files are 
from a previous version when executed for the first time and will execute 
CONVCD for you, if necessary.  For safety, your disc library files will be 
saved to different files in the same directory by CONVCD prior to conversion.
