Scheduling

Start order
You can change the start order of your Jobs by selecting and dragging the Jobs in the Job List. If you sorted the Job List by a parameter other than Start Order, you have to un-sort the list before you can change the start order. This order is preserved across the Net Vampire sessions.

Job Start Time
When a new Job is added, its start time is set according to the Pre-Processing / Start setting in the System Settings dialog. You can change the start time of the Job on the General tab page of the Job Settings dialog.

Click the Wait speedbutton to instruct the Job to start on schedule.
Click the Start speedbutton to start the Job immediately.

Start Job Regularly
This option is useful for the file change tracking. Enable it on the Advanced tab page of the Job Settings dialog and set the polling interval. Two additional options, Download only newer files and Preserve All Files, allow you to specify whether you want to have only the latest version of the file or to keep the full history of file changes.

HINT: This option can be used in combination with the Ignore file time change option for incremental downloads of permanently growing files, such as web server logs.

Shut Down and Power Off
can be enabled or disabled in the Start/Stop Settings dialog.

NOTE: Not all computers support the Power-Off feature.
